ZEN Residential Ltd. uses a phased approach for the handover whereby we work closely with the construction team providing insights and guidance during the construction phase. Because we’ve been present for building operations and training meetings, there is a smooth transition from construction to management.

To ensure efficient operations (and to make things convenient for renters), ZEN Residential Ltd. uses an automated online payment platform to handle all financials, including rental payments, miscellaneous revenue, security deposits, and utilities.
